Hello,
My name is Kaitlyn, and I am so excited you stopped to visit our website.
I have been in the aging and disability services as well as the healthcare field for over 15 years. I have dedicated over 10 years to 245D services, starting as a DSP in a group home and working my way up to running a crisis home. I then transitioned into the HR and Billing side of services.
I have found HR and Billing to be very rewarding as I am indirectly helping the people we serve. I am passionate about training, educating, and supporting staff. I strongly believe that when staff are adequately trained, feel confident in their roles, and feel appreciated, the level of care they can provide is unmatched.
Outside of KAB Community Care, I am a girlfriend, bonus mom, dog mom, and auntie to many little ones. I enjoy spending time and cooking with family and friends, as well as traveling, dancing, and hiking.
I am so excited for the things we will accomplish at KAB Community Care.
Stay safe!
Hello, My name is Brianna
I've dedicated over 20 years to the social services field. My journey began as a direct care worker, and through hard work and commitment, I progressed to managing a group home. From there, I took on roles as a director overseeing multiple homes and eventually an entire program. This line of work is truly important to me, and my extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the various aspects involved.
Outside of my professional life, I am happily married and a proud mother of two wonderful children. Much of my personal time is spent supporting their activities and enjoying quality moments together as a family. We particularly love going camping with our dog, and even backyard camping trips bring us a lot of joy.
I'm excited to see what this next step brings. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our company. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you!
